Ein toller Campingplatz in wunderschöner Umgebung mit sehr hilfsbereitem Rezeptionspersonal. Die Absprachen und die Kommunikation zwischen Belvilla und der Campingplatzleitung sind jedoch sehr mangelhaft. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich an der Rezeption aufgefordert, die Kaution (70 Euro) und die Kurtaxe (40,80 Euro) zu bezahlen, obwohl Belvilla angegeben hatte, dass diese im Mietpreis enthalten seien. Auf dem Campingplatz war dies nicht bekannt. Außerdem war der Grundpreis für die Zeltmiete über Belvilla bereits 110 Euro höher, als wenn ich sie direkt über den Campingplatz gebucht hätte, ohne diese zusätzlichen Kosten. Das bedeutet, dass die Buchung des Safarizelts über Belvilla am Ende 220 Euro teurer war, als wenn ich direkt über den Campingplatz gebucht hätte. Ich habe inzwischen die (doppelte) Kaution über Belvilla und den Campingplatz zurückerstattet bekommen, nicht jedoch die doppelt bezahlte Kurtaxe (40,80 Euro). Dies, zusammen mit dem höheren Grundpreis, hinterlässt einen etwas trüben Nachgeschmack auf einen ansonsten schönen Urlaub.

Der Aufenthalt im luxuriösen Sonnenschein-Zelt in Dochamps war ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Das Zelt hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und die Aussicht auf die Ardennen war einfach atemberaubend, Wir liebten es, so nah an der Natur zu sein und genossen viele Abenteuer wie Mountainbiken und Wandern, Sehr empfehlenswert!
