Das Haus ist wirklich schön und ruhig gelegen, die Außenanlagen und der Garten sind schön angelegt und gut gepflegt. Die Verabredung mit dem sehr freundlichen Hausverwalter ging problemlos von statten.
Das Innere des Hauses ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und teilweise schmutzig. Der dazu kontaktierte Hausverwalter hat zwar nochmal die Reinigungskraft bemüht, diese hat jedoch nur die dem Hausverwalter per WhatsApp-Fotos angezeigten Stellen geputzt.
Beispiele:
Ameisenkolonie im der Küche, herausfallende Tiefkühlfachtür im Kühlschrank, Türlaibung des Geschirrspülers dreckig, verrosteter Geschirrwagen im Geschirrspüler, völlig verdreckte Dunstabzugshaube.
Im Bad oben gerissene Fliesen, abgeplatzte Fugen, verkalkte Fliesen, schwarze Fugen (eigentliche Fugenfarbe ist weiß), schimmelnde Silikonfugen - teilweise mit Grünspan).
Fazit:
Eigentlich ist es ein sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage mit individueller Einrichtung, das jedoch dringend eine Grundreinigung benötigt und renoviert werden muss.
