Unser Ferienhaus liegt an einem bewaldeten Hang und bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer. Die charmante Stadt Labin ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und bietet Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés und lokale Märkte. Wunderschöne Strände erreicht man in 15–20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Region ist ideal um Istriens historische Städte, malerische Küstenstraßen, Radwege sowie die lokale Küche und Weinerlebnisse zu entdecken.
Getting there
FROM LJUBLJANA DIRECTION:
If you are travelling through Ljubljana, you can cross the border at Požane between Sočerga (SLO) and Buzet (HR). Follow the route Buzet - Šušnjevica - Vozilići - Labin - Ranch Marconi. The other option is to go through Ilirska Bistrica and cross the border at Rupa, but in this case, you have to either drive on a curvy coastal road from Rijeka, or you can pay 4-5 euros for the Učka tunnel and follow the same route Lupoglav-Šušnjevica-Labin-Ranch Marconi.
FROM ZAGREB: A1 Zagreb - Rijeka and then either a curvy coastal road or paying a tunnel fee and using above mentioned route
FROM ITALY: Kubed - Sočerga - Buzet - Lupoglav - Šušnjevica - Labin - Ranch Marconi

Host informationHi! My name is Elena and I am 31 years old. My family renovated this house in the late 99's and early 00's, when we were one of the first hosts in Istria to offer holiday accommodation. When I finally finished university of Economics, I came back home and followed with a heart decided to take over the house from my parents and expanded the offer with the ranch where anyone can take a ride.
