Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
The rental agreement can be terminated by the guest under the following conditions:
up to 90 days before the agreed arrival date 2% of the rental price,
up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date 40% of the rental price,
up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date 70% of the rental price,
up to 10 days before the agreed arrival date 90% of the rental price.
Should the house not be available from the landlord on the agreed date due to the unlikely event of force majeure, all payments made by the tenant will be refunded. There are no further claims against the landlord.

Our holiday villa is located in the tranquil, well-maintained Waterpark It Soal. Only renters have access.
The sandy beach on the Ijsselmeer is just a 5-minute walk away.
The shallow water there is especially suitable for small children, kiters, surfers, and catamarans.
At the surf school on the beach, you can rent a SUP board and book courses in surfing or kiting.
Nearby Workum is the oldest of the Frisian eleven cities.
There, you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and two large well-stocked supermarkets.
Tip: On Thursday mornings, there is a fish van from Urk in the supermarket parking lot with excellent fresh fish and kibbeling—don't miss it!
A southern flair dominates the venerable market square with its pleasant street cafes and restaurants.
In the town, you will find everything your heart desires: fish and vegetable vendors, organic stores, art houses, flower shops, museums...
Visit the famous Jopie Huisman Museum in Workum!
The Alpacaho (diagonally opposite) is worth a visit—enjoy coffee and cake up close with the animals.
Well-maintained and signposted bike paths lead you through the beautiful Frisian lake landscape.
Excursion tips nearby:
The Frisian Lake District, cities like Hindeloopen, Stavoren, Makkum, Bolsward, Sneek, Harlingen, and Leeuwarden (European Capital of Culture 2018) are quick to reach.
The beautiful islands of Texel, Vlieland, or Terschelling are worth a day trip.
And not to forget - Amsterdam!

Wir waren zu fünft über Weihnachten und Sylvester in dem schönen Ferienhaus und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt! In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht, von Salatschleuder bis Raclettegrill..
Die Aussicht ist toll - Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang über dem Wasser durch die schöne große Fensterfront im Wohnraum oder in der anderen Richtung Blick auf Zugvögel und die Alpakaherde..
Über die Weihnachtstage hatten wir so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, dass wir mit Glühwein in der Hand auf der unteren (windgeschützten) Terrasse sitzen konnten , und die Sonne schien uns ins Gesicht :)
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im nächsten Supermarkt/ im Ort , und in zehn Minuten fussläufig am Strand.
Auch die umliegenden Städtchen sind einen Ausflug wert.
Hier kommt man gerne wieder !

Wir waren wieder 2 Wochen in den Niederlanden und dieses Mal hat es uns nach Workum in Frysland, in das sehr schöne Haus von Familie Hogrebe verschlagen. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt am Wasser, mit Angel - und Bademöglichkeit war es für uns perfekt. Auch die Nutzung des Ruderboots war ein Highlight. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist toll angelegt, die zwei Balkone sind perfekt. Der Strand am IJsselmeer ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Für uns war es ein super schöner Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. :-)
