The nearest community is Finikounda, where you will find shops with local products, a small port, as well as restaurants, bars and a local supermarket.
You can take a refreshing dip at the closest beach: Loutsa Beach, 1.0 km walk away.
Attractions include charming towns and ancient sites such as Koroni, Methoni and Pylos.

Kalamata Airport: The fastest way is to fly to Kalamata airport where you can rent a car. It is an hour's drive by car.
Athens Airport: Eleftherios Athens International Airport is a three-and-a-half-hour drive away.
By ferry from Italy (Ancona), Bari, or Brindisi ports to Patras, it takes two-and-a-half-hour drive.

The house is nestled upon a serene hillside of 7000m2 olive grove. Its private domain lies wholly enclosed, enfolded in profound stillness and the embrace of untamed nature.
Situated near the calm sea-sided small village of Finikounda the villa can be reached by a typical Greek road, winding softly through groves of ancient olives.
Epicurean Retreat is at short distance from secluded beaches and short drives away from historic sites, e.g. Methoni, Pylos Koroni.

Wir haben 10 Tage als Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern im Epicurean Retreat verbracht.
Alles war wunderbar! Das Haus hat eine moderne, stilvolle und sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles war super sauber. Der tolle Infinity Pool und das angrenzende Pooldeck wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Man hat von allen Außen- und Innenbereichen einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Olivenhaine und das Meer. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, man kann aber in wenigen Autominuten gute Supermärkte, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und leckere Restaurants erreichen.
Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und betreut von Diana und Richard!
Insgesamt ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

We (2 couples) spent four weeks here in September 2025, and it was amazing! The location is stunning.
The house itself is beautifully crafted with real architectural details, those who know will see and appreciate it.
Everything was spot clean. The pool is fantastic and the big terrace makes it possible to hang out wherever you want during the day.
The house is fully equipped as expected, but expectations are overdone by the quality of materials they chose.
The region itself is beautiful. We also took further trips with a rental car, but the area around the house is stunning on its own. At walking distance (around 20 minutes) from the beach, with many stores, restaurants, and other activities nearby.
