Cancellation policy
It is generally possible to cancel a booking for the house. For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, a fee of 15 per cent of the total cost of the holiday is agreed to cover the administrative costs and loss of rental income associated with the cancelled booking. This corresponds to the deposit, which we will then retain. In the event of a later cancellation, a fee of 90 per cent of the total amount is agreed. This fee will be reduced to 25 per cent if and to the extent that we are able to re-let the property. For your own protection, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

For new golfers, we have arranged an ‘easy-golf’ membership for you as a guest staying at our holiday home at Stenerberg Golf Club (Morgensterner Str. 6, 24407 Rabenkirchen-Faulück, Tel.: 04642 9212422). This means that you and your whole family can try out golf at no extra cost:
You can use the driving range and also play for free on the 6-hole course. Clubs can be borrowed from the café and used free of charge. A golf licence is not required.
For a green fee, a 9-hole course with a par of 70 is available to you in Stenerberg.
Other golf courses are within a maximum of 1 hour’s drive.
Holiday destination
Haus Wagner Schleiblick Lindaunis is nestled in the traditional Baltic landscape of Schleswig-Holstein in an exposed location on Schleistraße, surrounded by a spacious garden and with two parking spaces at the entrance to the property (Am Nißberg) behind the house. Your children are welcome to play on the lawn in front of the house while you simply sit under the parasol on the balcony or terrace. Relax in a beach chair and enjoy the surroundings.
The property is not fenced in.
Getting there
A7 Hamburg motorway towards Flensburg to the "Rendsburg-Büdelsdorf" exit (No. 8). Federal road B203 towards Eckernförde to Eckernförde and from there via Kappeln to Lindaunis. The alternative way ist via Schleswig.
Please note that the bridge over the Schlei in Lindaunis is under construction/gone. There is no way to cross the Schlei in LIndaunis by car.

Ich habe meinen Workation-Aufenthalt im Schleiblick Lindaunis verbracht und es war die perfekte Mischung aus Produktivität und Freizeit. Die Ferienwohnung war komfortabel, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet zum mobilen Arbeiten. Nach Feierabend konnte ich die nahen Golfplätze nutzen – ein echtes Highlight meines Aufenthalts. Die Lage direkt an der Schlei sorgt für Entspannung und Erholung – absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Arbeit mit Golf und Erholung verbinden möchten.

Wir reisten mit einer befreundeten Familie in Lindaunis an.Von der Gegend schon begeistert, haben wir auch im Haus nichts zu "meckern" gefunden. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet,man findet alles was man braucht. Mein Mann war total begeistert von der Sauna im Keller. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte,ist in dem Haus genau richtig.

Lindaunis ist wirklich sehr ruhig, aber ideal zum Radfahren. Der Radweg ist direkt vor dem Haus.
