Holiday destination
Our house is located in the historically grown north helmet settlement. Away from the hustle and bustle you can enjoy the nature of the island of East here. It is only 300 meters to the north beach. The sandy beach is not crowded and sometimes guarded (it is signposted).
The dunes trails, the nearby woods and the beach ideal for walks and bike rides. From here, the island east and the Natural World Heritage Wadden Sea is good to explore.
The Equestrian Hall "Junkmann", a mini golf course and bike rentals can be reached soon. At the center is about 15 minutes walk, public transport (bus) is also good to use.
Dogs are welcome.

A 31 motorway from North Rhine-Westphalia, ferry Reederei Norden-Frisia.

Das Positive dieser Wohnung ist definitiv die Lage sowie die Raumaufteilung. Für zwei Personen ist sie absolut ausreichend. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Leider haben wir die Wohnung in einem nur eingeschränkt sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Das Bad wurde scheinbar seit längerer Zeit nur noch dürftig geputzt und auch die "Fundsachen" im Schlafzimmer waren sehr unerfreulich. Zudem stand dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank. Das größte Manko war allerdings das Sofa. Dieses hat so extrem nach Urin gerochen, dass das Wohnzimmer für uns nicht nutzbar war. Trotz Rücksprache mit dem Vermietservice fand eine versprochene Zwischenreinigung nicht statt. Zudem ist die Hellhörigkeit ebenfalls störend.
Leider können wir keine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.
