Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Strasse. Auf dieser Straße ist kaum Verkehr, so dass Lärm oder Geruch nicht. Das Haus hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Küche. Erweiterte Kochen ist fast unmöglich, 2 Platten. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Haus über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Luxus-Dusche. Es ist eine private Sonnenterrasse (Sie) mit Liegestühlen. Neben dem Haus ist eine Terrasse mit schönen Pflanzen. Hier können Sie wundervolle Schatten an heißen Tagen (Sonnenlicht) zu suchen. Der gemeinsame Pool - es besteht aus mehreren Häusern - in einem schönen Garten. Hier sind viele Liegestühle für die Gäste. Täglich gereinigt von den Eigentümern auf den Pool und Gartenpflege. Die Stadt Rute ist 2,5 km und ist nicht viel. Zum Einkaufen ist mindestens ein Supermarkt. Es gibt eine Reihe von einfachen Restaurants (Pizzeria und Tapas), wo die Einheimischen kommen. Nahe Rute ist schön und eignet sich für eine Tour durch einige schöne Plätze, Iznajar und Priego de Córdoba. Die Städte Cordoba und Malga sind innerhalb einer Autostunde zu erreichen.
