Das Haus ist an einer guten Lage. Leider ist altersbedingt sehr viel marode/ kaputt. Fenster sind undicht. Bei Unwetter hat es uns ins Wohnzimmer geregnet sowie der Zählerkasten vom Strom lief voll. Dieser weisste aber auch schon von vorherigen Regen Schäden auf. Küche leider sehr dreckig und klebrig. Bei Ankunft waren überall Spinnweben, klebrige dreckige Schubladen sowie dreckiges Geschirr / Besteck. Die Abzugshaube ist total versifft.
