There is a lot to see and do in Zandvoort aan Zee. The beautiful natural countryside and of course the beach will keep you entertained for hours. Zandvoort aan Zee's central location and it's accessibility compared to many other towns, make it easy to visit for instance Haarlem, Alkmaar or Amsterdam. But there is also plenty to see and do in Zandvoort aan Zee itself. It is always a good idea to visit Circuit Park Zandvoort, because when else will you be able to get so close to a real race track?
Getting there
Drive from Utrecht on the A2 towards Amsterdam. Take the A9 towards Amstelveen at junction point Holendrecht. Exit at junction N205 Haarlem-Zuid / Zandvoort. Turn at the end of this road in Haarlem to the left, direction Heemstede/Zandvoort. Take the N201 towards Zandvoort. Follow the signs "Zandvoort".

Positiv:
Traumhafte Aussicht! Alleine das macht alles wett, was nicht so toll ist!
Gutes Doppelbett mit Sicht aufs Meer.
Beim Frühstück konnte man ebenfalls aufs Meer schauen. Der Balkon auch top.
Küche mit 2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, ausreichende Ausstattung für einige unbeschwerte Tage. Kaffee kann mit Nespresso-Kapselsystem oder Pulver gemacht werden. Heißwasserkocher vorhanden.
Negativ: das WC bzw. Der WC-Raum ist Mini, d. H. Maximal 1qm. Wenn man groß gewachsen ist, dann ist es richtig eng und die Beine stoßen an die Wand oder Tür. Schlimmer als das finde ich aber, dass in diesem Miniraum kein Waschbecken ist. Also aus hygienischer Sicht schlecht. Man muss!Also die Türklinke mit ungewaschenen Händen öffnen und dann ins Duschbad durch 2 Räume laufen zum Händewaschen.
