Julianadorp boasts a stunning sandy beach with a wide dune chain. The place is nestled amidst colorful flower fields. Many beautiful places are just a few kilometers away: for example, Alkmaar, Bergen, Callantsoog. It's also not very far to the Ijsselmeer with the old historical towns of Enkhuizen and Hoorn. In Julianadorp, you'll find several shops (including Lidl and Aldi), a newly built, covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini-golf, a riding school, a swimming paradise, and so on.

Getting there

From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which continues as the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then west towards the dunes. From the north of Germany: via Groningen, Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid.
