Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings wurden wir falsch informiert. Uns wurde schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass wir die Schlüssel in Ihrem Büro in Fuengirola abholen könnten. Bei unserer Ankunft vom Flughafen Málaga hieß es jedoch, die Schlüssel seien beim Hausmeister, der uns an der Rezeption der Wohnanlage empfangen würde. Daher mussten wir ein zweites Taxi zur Wohnung nehmen. Leider ist die Rezeption nur für Eigentümer zugänglich, und die Wohnanlage selbst ist nur mit einem Schlüssel zugänglich. Wir riefen den Hausmeister an, der uns schließlich in die Anlage ließ. Das Hauptproblem war die Unhöflichkeit und mangelnde Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterin im Büro in Fuengirola. Der Fehler liegt eindeutig bei Belvilla, die uns schriftlich falsche Informationen zukommen ließen und sich anschließend jeglicher Unterstützung verweigerten. Die Mitarbeiterin im Büro wollte uns nicht einmal ein Taxi rufen. Wir werden zukünftig einen hilfsbereiteren Reiseveranstalter beauftragen. Ich werde all meinen Freunden raten, nicht mit Belvilla Geschäfte zu machen. Mir ist nun aufgefallen, dass Belvilla zweimal 300 Euro von meinem Konto abgebucht hat. Bitte geben Sie mir eine Erklärung für die zweimalige Abbuchung der Kaution in Höhe von 300 Euro. Stephen & Helen Connolly
