Cancellation policy
If the customer cancels the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 62 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 61 days to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days up to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The termination date is the date on which notice of termination arrives. (on Sundays or public holidays the following working day applies). In case of non-arrival or an unannounced delay, Villa Nina reserves the total amount of the reservation.

The area has many hiking and biking trails, wine trails and Porec offers many sporting activities at sea.
Villa Nina is located in the place Kosinožici, just 3,5 km away from Porec.The villa is a newly built house in a nice location. It is located enough far and at the same time enough close to the town so our guests her can enjoy the peace and quiet of the village, and at the same time be less than 10 minutes from the beach and the Porec old town.
Aquapark Colors is only 10 minutes away by car.
Getting there
Coming from Trieste (Italy) and Koper (Slovenia), take the highway (A9) and driving in the Pula direction. Take the second exit (Porec center) and drive approximately 7 km, at the first roundabout take the first exit (towards Novigrad Tar), at the second roundabout also take the first exit (towards Kosinožici) and drive straight about 3.5 km. On the right side, you will find your perfect holiday location.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden! Frau Ogresta ist eine kompetente, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Die Beschwerde vom Juni 2019 können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer (Neben-)Straße, der Verkehr ist aber gering. Einen lärmenden Betrieb gibt es nicht in der Umgebung. Die Nachbarn waren nette Leute und haben auch nicht mehr (Gesprächs-)Lärm verursacht als wir selber.

Heel teleurgesteld! Door code oranje, afgegeven door de NL regering, durfden wij het risico om met 3 kinderen onverzekerd af te reizen naar Kroatië niet aan. In juli gesproken met Sonja over de onzekerheid door Covid-19, toen gaf zij aan tzt een passende oplossing met elkaar te vinden. Nu wij hebben geannuleerd laat zij niets meer van zich horen. Ook niet na meerdere mails gestuurd te hebben om tot een compromis te komen. Geen voucher, geen nieuwe datum en zelfs niet bereid de helft van onze reissom terug te betalen. Wij willen een ieder waarschuwen, hoe vriendelijk zij ook over komt, het gaat haar uiteindelijk dus alleen maar om het geld. En laat dus nu een gezin met lege handen / portemonnee achter. 2020 was al een rot jaar, dit maakt het compleet
