Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man hat eine schöne große Terrasse. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen guten Supermarkt.
Es gibt ein paar Nachteile: Die Wohnung liegt neben einem Tennisplatz und man hört ständig die Übungen an der Wand. Hinter dem Carport befindet sich ein Gebäude, das sich noch im Bau befindet. Sie haben nicht die Aussicht, die Sie auf den Fotos von Belvilla sehen. In der Wohnung wären ein Staubsauger und ein Gefrierschrank eigentlich praktisch. Diese Nachteile werden kein Grund sein, noch einmal dorthin zu gehen.
