Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Varengeville-sur-Mer has always been and still is visited by famous artists: Braque, Ubac, Calder, Miro, Monet, Manet, Jacques-Emile Blanche, Roussel came to find a light and an atmosphere not found anywhere else. Many contemporary artists still live there and offer workshops by appointment.
Cliffs, sunken paths, flowers, trees, flat land, the sea and the sky unite to create a magical place. Shimmering nature and well-preserved culture: the Church of St. Valerys with its stained glass windows by George Braque and the Naval Cemetery, Manoir d'Angos numerous famous flower parks and the Bois des Moutiers.

Die direkt am Meer gelegene Ferienwohnung ist gut zu erreichen (eigener abgeschlossener Parkplatz).
Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und zweckmäßig, der Wohnraum jedoch ist groß und modern möbliert, die offene Küche ist super ausgestattet.
Das Beste ist jedoch der rundumlaufende Balkon und die große Terrasse. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, von Morgendunst bis Sonnenuntergang sehr stimmungsvoll.
Das Strandleben mit Schwimmern, Fischern, Surfern und Paraglidern ist immer interressant. Auch sonst gibt es viel zu besichtigen und entdecken.
Für uns war es genau richtig!
