Holiday destination
Our 3000 olive trees surround the Podere I Terzi which we farm and cultivate with great care. A small creek gives children a great possibility to play.
You can overlook the Colline Pisane area and enjoy a marvellous panoramic view.
Chianni is a small town with about 1500 inhabitats and includes a butchery, small groceries, a bakery and various restaurants. Fortunately, the town has not been overrun by mass tourism.
The town is just 40 kilometres away from the cities of Pisa and Volterra and 1 hour from the cities of Giminiano, Florence, Lucca and Siena. The sea is about 50 minutes away.
Getting there
Zürich-Gotthard-Bellinzona-Chiasso
Chiasso-Milano-Parma
After that take the Cisa to La Spezia.
Exit "Pisa Centro" to the street FI-PI-LI (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno). After that go aside the airport of Pisa (Airport Ponsacco in Pisa).
Ponsacco-Casciana Terme-Chianni
In Chianni Renate will fetch you and drive you to the Podere I Terzi mansion.

Host informationWe are a small family: Lieni, Eva, David and Leonie and run the Podere I Terzi and the olive tree farm with passion and care. Although we live in Switzerland, we are busy in Italy very often.

Das Terzi hat uns persönlich empfangen und sofort verzaubert. Leonhard & Eva haben mit liebe zum Detail eine Oase für die Seele erschaffen. Romatische Landschaft mit traumhaften Landhaus. Wir waren zu 10 und haben die Großzügikeit zu 100% genießen können. Die Ausstattung lässt Nichts zu wünschen übrig. Küche, Geräte, Geschirr, Terrasse, Pool, Pizzaofen - einfache perfekt. Wir wurden uns sofort einig - dies wird nicht das letzte Mal sein - wir kommen gerne wieder.
Danke liebe Eva u. Leonhard für die traumhafte Zeit.

Wir waren zwei Familien im Juli 2025 im Terzi - und es hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Alles war mit so viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet, dass man sofort in diesen toskanischen Zauber eintaucht.
Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die unglaublich schöne und gut ausgestattete Küche. Es hat einfach Freude gemacht, gemeinsam zu kochen, zu lachen und lange Sommerabende ausklingen zu lassen.
Die Umgebung und das ganze Anwesen waren einfach fantastisch.
Unsere Kinder hatten ihren Platz zum Spielen und Entdecken, und wir Erwachsenen konnten einfach durchatmen.
Vielen Dank für alles.
