The Niederhof (550 m) is embedded in our orchards in a quiet, sunny location at the entrance of the health resort Völlan.
From here you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lana, Meran, Dorf-Tirol, Schenna, .... and the associated mountains, because you are on the panoramic balcony of the Burggrafenamt.
It is the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. In addition, there is much to discover in the vicinity: castle ruins, museums, historic churches, the waal routes, gorges, old farms and of course the large chestnut trees, which really make you want to go to Törggelen.

Wir waren im Winter für einige Tage am Niederhof und sind begeistert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage, Aussicht, Apartment, Anlage und Gastgeber sind top! Bekamen von Herbert einen sehr gute Tips . Danke für alles!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserem Hund am Vitalhof Niederhof verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es ist ein kleines Paradies. Sehr zu erwähnen sind die zwei Balkone wo man eine wunderbare Aussicht hat. Der Pool und Saunabereich lädt nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung zum Entspannen ein.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
