Central location and the ideal base for mountain hikes, walks or mountain bike tours on one of the many fabulous trails in the region around lake Königssee. A slope and ski lift are nearby and easy to reach in the winter.

Ich kann nur fünf Sterne geben, denn sechs oder mehr Sterne gibt es ja leider nicht . Schon die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und hat mich von der ersten Minute an in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Auch Bruno mein bester Freund mit Fell wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Die Ferienwohnung hat meinen Vorstellungen mehr als erfüllt sie war geräumig, sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Terrasse ein absoluter Traum mit Blick auf die Berge. Frau Roth war für mich immer erreichbar, wenn ich sie gebrauchte und einfach eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Es war ein rund um gelungener Urlaub und ich werde wiederkommen. Danke Familie Roth.

Wir sind angereist mit unserem 8 jährigen Sohn und unserer kleinen Mischlingshündin.Trotz später Ankunft am Samstagabend erwartete uns ein herzlicher Empfang durch Frau Roth. Die Wohnung war sehr warm und gemütlich,dem regionalen Flair entsprechend eingerichtet. Ein traumhafter Blick auf die umliegendenden Berge brachte einen am Morgen schon zum schwärmen. Top Lage,alles was man braucht teils fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Familien mit Hund perfektes Umfeld. Unglaublich nette Vermieter,immer ansprechbar,tolle Gespräche. Jederzeit wieder.
