The spa tax, 3.50 € per person/day ,will be charged separately.
Arrival and departure day is generally Saturday, or upon prior arrangement.
Use of sauna, solarium, infrared, WiFi, fitness equipment is included.
Bed linen as well as hand- bath and kitchen towels are included.
Minimum stay approx. 1 week; a 1-night stay is not possible.
Bookings are limited to adults only (no children).
A booking requires a 300.00 € deposit, payable within 7 days.
The balance needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Dog owners: fee per dog and night: 10.00 €.

Holiday destination
The Ötztal region is the epitome of all outdoor activities. And Sautens (at 820m) is the first village upon entering the Ötztal, which makes it an ideal starting point for these activities.
During the cold season, the ski areas Hochötz, Kühtai, Sölden and Gurgl offer all the winter sports possibilities one can imagine.
In the summer, you are spoilt for choice: a relaxed or sportive holiday. Leisurely hiking tours to the countless mountain pastures or to lake Piburger See. Rafting, the climbing garden, mountaineering - you have many options!
Getting there
From Germany: (no toll sticker needed)
On the A7 to Kempten, Füssen, Reutte (B314) cross the Fern Pass towards Imst (B171) and continue until you reach the exit Ötztal (B186).
Route 2: Take the A8 to Munich, Rosenheim, Kufstein, A12, take the exit Ötztal.
From Switzerland: Zurich, Bregenz, Arlberg, St. Anton, A12 or B171 until you reach the exit Ötztal (B186).
At Ötztal exit, continue for about 2km to Sautens - then follow the village street to the holiday home "Am Platzl".
