Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation by the guest after the signed rental agreement has been sent, as well as the transfer of the deposit, the following regulation comes into effect:
The deposit will only be refunded if the guest or I can find a suitable replacement tenant.
The same applies to the full amount if the cancellation of the rental contract occurs 4 weeks or less before the start of the tenancy, and re-letting in the sense of the duty to mitigate damages cannot be done in a timely manner.
To avoid all problems, I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example with ADAC.

Other recreational opportunities
With its immediate waterfront location, water sports naturally take center stage. Hiking, experiencing nature, and cycling on an adventurous network of hiking and biking trails (map available!) offer a wealth of impressions of the sea and the evergreen islands of Pasman and Ugljan. Boat trips, for example to the Kornati, are plentifully offered.
Holiday destination
The house is situated on the SW side of Pasman Island, on the southwest slope of a hill populated with Croatian holiday homes. It offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the surrounding islands, the "Kornati Islands" National Park, which lies southwest of Pasman, as well as the famous "Long Island" (Dugi Otok), resting about 15km in front of us.
Directly in front of us, the sea unfolds in turquoise blue, with high water quality. The "Sretni Canal (Happy Channel)," as this stretch of sea is called, is bordered on the opposite side by the "Long Island" (Dugi Otok) and transitions to the south, within sight, into the "Kornati" National Park.
There is no industry or other disturbances.
Nor do we know of Bura (the katabatic wind from the mountains), as we are in a wind-sheltered location.
In our garden, ending with a cliff of white stone on the beach, greenery and flowers thrive alongside olive trees, especially native Mediterranean plants.
Not far behind the house begins the panoramic path, with magnificent views over the archipelago.
Getting there
Arrival is possible (detailed directions provided upon booking)
- by car, in Croatia via the Zagreb - Split motorway or the well-maintained coastal road to Zadar, then ferry to the island (ferries run hourly)
- by plane to Zadar
- by train to Rijeka, bus to Zadar

Host informationOur house is managed by the young married couple Alen and Ana Halilovic, who were born and raised on the island, live nearby, are always on site, and as "true" islanders can provide answers and advice on any questions that arise. Furthermore, upon booking, our guests receive our "Hints and Tips for their Holiday," which contain all the necessary information, from the journey with routes and ferry schedules, to shopping, dining, excursions and much more, to health, illness, emergency - simply our collected knowledge and our recommendations from our many years of being rooted on the island.

Zum 4.Mal sind wir nun hier bei unseren lieben Gastgebern Lore und Hermann im Panoramadomizil zu Gast und möchten einfach nur Danke sagen.
Danke für dieses schöne Fleckchen Erde, welches Ihr mit uns Urlaubern teilt.
Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Inseln ist wundervoll.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Alles ist da um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben, auch wenn man gerne kocht, grillt oder vor dem Kamin schöne Stunden verbringt.
Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet . Besonders begeistert hat uns die Lage direkt am traumhaften Strand, die einfach unschlagbar ist: Das Meer mit seinem klaren,Wasser lädt jederzeit zum Schwimmen, und Entspannen ein. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge. Ein großes Lob verdienen die überaus freundlichen Vermieter, die uns schon im Vorfeld mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt haben zur Anreise, zur Wohnungsübergabe, zu Restaurants und lohnenswerten Ausflugszielen. Dank dieser perfekten Organisation verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
