In any case there will be at least a 25.00 EUR processing fee. The rent to be paid is reduced by the amount the owner receives by re-renting the apartment during the contract period.

Malchow is located in the heart of Mecklenburg and is a climatic spa town and island town. There are well developed cycling and hiking trails, museums, castles, farmhouses, 2 spas and the golf course in Fleesensee nearby. The original nature excites everyone.
The city of Malcow is a great excursion destination: with the cloisters museum with its famous organ, an increasingly beautiful old town with lovely cafes and restaurants and museums and cultural events.
Getting there
Motorway A19, "Malchow" exit towards Malchow. After 1.6 km, turn right and drive an additional 1.6 km to Malchow. At the roundabout take the second exit into Rostocker Strasse, turn right at the end into Bahnhofstrasse. After about 50 m on the next crossing, turn left onto the Gartenstrasse and there drive straight on to the last property on the right side of the street, Gartenstrasse 19, 17213 Malchow.

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und seiner Freundin dort. Konnten direkt auf dem Balkon Kaffeetrinken und den schönen Blick auf das Wasser genießen. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen, in der Wohnung ist Platz für 4 Erwachsene, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Obwohl wir mit zwei PKWs angereist sind, konnten beide auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parken. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist super geregelt. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, 5 min. zum Bäcker, der auch sonntags geöffnet hat. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir denken gerne an die Tage in der stilvoll restaurierten Villa Blanck zurück. Wir haben uns in der gut und geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Wohnung Nr. 4 sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt, die Einrichtung der Zimmer, schönes Geschirr und Gläser, der Balkon mit der Aussicht auf den Garten und das Wasser, die ruhige Lage, einfach super!
