BUNGALOWVERHUUR DE MUY VERHUUR b.v. CANCELLATION RISK Art. 1. Confirmation of participation. Participation is confirmed upon payment of the enclosed transfer form. The reservation contract, which states that the registration has been made, serves as proof of registration. Art. 2 Participants Participation is in the name of the tenant and cannot be transferred to another contract number. Art. 3 Contribution Art. 3. Contribution The contribution is payable at the same time as the rental amount. When determining the contribution, the full rental amount payable must be taken into account. Participation only begins after payment of the full contribution and ends on the day the rental period begins and the tenant is present. Art. 4. Double protection of the participant If there is a claim for compensation for damages or costs based on another insurance policy of an older or more recent date or based on a law or other regulation, the participation described here is only effective in the second instance. In such a case, only the damage exceeding the amount to which the participant is entitled elsewhere will be considered for compensation. Art. 5. Cancellation Cancellation costs are understood to mean exclusively the costs payable to the lessor in the event of cancellation; these include the rental amount paid in full or in part, but only up to a maximum of the rental amount as stated on the confirmation.
