Kurze Bewertung eines Kunden

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Blick auf den Lister Fährhafen und das Wattenmeer. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße, hier ist viel PKW Verkehr. Der Blick und die Einrichtung entschädigen für alles.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über tolle Extras. Aber es ist unglaublich laut. Sowohl von der Straßenseite als auch innerhalb des Hauses. Das Haus ist hellhörig, die LKWs von und zur Fähre verursachen einen deutlichen Lärm ab 6 Uhr morgens. Der Hausflur war nun schon zum zweiten Mal dreckig und ungepflegt mit Flecken, Staub und Vogelkot. Beim ersten Mal lag einfach ein toter Frosch an der Haustür. Wir sind von diesem Zustand in einem Luxusobjekt enttäuscht und werden nicht wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben bereits viele Hotels und Ferienwohnungen bewohnt, hier passte alles perfekt zusammen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war zu merken, dass das Interior sie aus professioneller Hand kam. 
Wir wünschen weiterhin viele zufriedene Gäste.
