Eine gute, recht moderne (Baujahr 2004) Wohnung in exzellenter Lage, die jedoch etwas Renovierungsbedarf hat, insbesondere einen neuen Teppichboden und ein neues Gaskochfeld. (Auch mehr Gläser und Geschirr wären wünschenswert.) Dafür gibt es einen hervorragenden neuen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine praktische Waschmaschine mit separatem Trockner. Das Bett ist bequem und mit schöner Bettwäsche bezogen. Die Lage ist zentral, in der Nähe der Restaurants in der Lygon Street, eines Aldi-Marktes und direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle – eine belebte und praktische Gegend. Schöner Blick auf den Lincoln Square und die Universität Melbourne. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz kleinerer Mängel genossen.

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist ideal, um Melbourne zu erkunden. Wir waren in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Melbourne Museum und der St. Paul's Cathedral. Das Internet war schnell, was super war, um unsere Tage zu planen.
