Zunächst einmal erhielten wir bis zum Anreisetag keinerlei Check-in-Anweisungen, und als wir dann ankamen, funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und es gab keine Hilfe. Schlechter Service, würde ich niemandem empfehlen.
