Cancellation policy

Payment Terms Payment can be made immediately or in 2 installments: 1st installment: 30% by bank transfer within 2 days after booking. 2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by bank transfer no later than 42 days before arrival. Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following prorated rental fees as compensation, taking into account any expenses saved: A) Cancellation: From the booking date up to 60 days before arrival: cancellation is possible. The first installment paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded. Only an administrative fee of €30 will be charged. From 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price will be charged. From 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price will be charged. In case of cancellation within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. B) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total travel price will be charged. (2) The tenant may at any time prove that a lesser amount of damage was incurred. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The decisive date is the date on which the declaration is received by the landlord.

You may visit the nearby lakes (Modro Jezero, Crveno Jezero, Zeleno Jezero, or Prolosko Jezero) or the town of Imotski to see various sights such as the Old Town (Stari Grad) and the Topana Tower - only 3 kilometers away. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away, a restaurant is 3 km away. Nearby, there is a beautiful park with the source of the Vrljika River, offering opportunities for canoeing, quad tours, and cycling. The area is home to many wineries, as the region is well known for its wine production and rural culture, with an excellent gastronomic offer. Here, you have the unique opportunity to sample numerous local products and enjoy privacy, hospitality, and stunning landscapes. If you want to spend your vacation at the beach, you can easily reach Makarska Riviera (Brela and Baška Voda), where crystal clear sea and beautiful pebble beaches are waiting for you. All these destinations are only thirty minutes away by car. If you prefer a mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so visiting mountain Biokovo provides a unique experience. Skywalk on Biokovo Mountain is a new attraction in Nature Park near Makarska on 1228 meters above sea level. The nearest highway is just 10 minutes away and that makes everything very convenient to reach, Golf court in Posušje ( BiH 15km), 40min drive to Makarska (40km), 1h drive to famous town Split with its great history (86km with the highway), 2,5-hour drive to well-known town Dubrovnik, so you have many options for exploring one of many well known Croatian localities. You can also visit two places in Bosnia and Hercegovina that are close and worth visiting, the famous sanctuary Međugorje or the very oriental old streets of Mostar with the famous bridge, both around 1-hour drive away.
