Cancellation policy
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a replacement tenant who will fulfill the contract under the same conditions, the following costs are payable as compensation.
Payment terms: Upon booking, we request a 20% deposit of the rental price.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation and refund in case of cancellation of the rental agreement:
Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% refund of the rental price.
Up to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 50% refund of the rental price.
For cancellations made later, the full rental price is due.
The landlord will also make every effort to find a replacement tenant.
Cancellations must be made in writing; the date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord is decisive. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, the entire rental price is payable.
