A bakery and other shops for everyday essentials are conveniently within a few minutes’ walk. The popular destinations of Freudenstadt and Baiersbronn are only around a 15-minute drive away.
Getting there
As Neue Wein Str is indeed very new, it unfortunately does not appear yet in some online navigation systems. In which case I recommend that you enter the address: Freudenstadterstr 31. Directly opposite that house you will see the street sign for "Neue Weintr." . Turn into the Neue Weinstrasse and on the right-hand side you will find number 4/1 Ferienhaus Seewald which has a sign fixed to the outsidse of the house. Parking is off the street, directly in front of the house.

Host informationFormer organic UK wine grower, retired to the magnificent and beautiful Black Forest region of Germany with my wife Irmgard in 2018. We met in a disco in Karlsruhe in 1981. Following retirement we travelled to Malaysia, Thailand, Tasmania, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Tenerife (Spain). We enjoy, walking, cycling, swimming, and fine food and wine. I have been vegetarian for 40+years. Our new home is energy efficient and of timber construction.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter nebenan sind mega nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gefreut sie kennengelernt zu haben.
Die Lage ist ruhig zum schlafen, aber nicht weit weg von einer Bushaltestelle, bzw. Wald und Wanderwegen. Auf der Terasse konnten wir Abends die Sonne geniessen. Ich kann das Objekt sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
