Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, neue Küche und auch Terrasse sowie Garten sind sehr gemütlich. Der Garten könnte gepflegter sein, auch war die Küche teilweise notdürftig ausgestattet (zum Beispiel keinen Kochlöffel, Schere oder Dosenöffner). Die Betten sowie das Schlafsofa sind sehr bequem und es passen auch zwei Autos in die Einfahrt. Wir hatten 2 kleinere Reparaturen im Haus, bei denen die Agentur innerhalb von wenigen Stunden direkt einen Monteur geschickt hat um diese beseitigen. Am direkten Strand dürfen Hunde leider nicht ins Wasser. Direkt ums Eck sind mehrere Supermärkte und gute Restaurants. Müllentsorgung funktioniert über einen der Schlüssel am Schlüsselbund an quasi allen abgesperrten Mülltonnen in der Umgebung. Für 4 Erwachsene, 1 Schäferhund und 2 Kinder kann das Haus teilweise zu klein sein.

Die Villa hatte einen rustikalen Charme, den wir sehr mochten. Sie war ruhig und friedlich, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und versorgte uns mit allen nötigen Informationen.
