Die Wohnung entsprach nicht den Beschreibungen und „Hochglanz“-Fotos auf der belvilla Webseite.
Angeblich wird ja jede Wohnung von belvilla überprüft … 'Die Belvilla-Garantie': Alle Ferienhäuser werden von Belvilla kontrolliert."
Die Wohnung ist sehr alt und ist in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand!
Im Keller stand Wasser. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Türen, d.h. das ganze Haus ist von unten bis oben offen, worauf nicht hingewiesen wird! Für 2 Paare nicht geeignet, wegen fehlender Privatsphäre...
Wir haben uns umgehend bei belvilla beschwert, aber wir haben weder eine Abhilfe noch eine Entschädigung bekommen. Wir haben bis heute keine abschliessende Rückmeldung zu dieser Beschwerde bekommen.
Nach unserer Erfahrung können wir belvilla nicht weiterempfehlen; wenn belvilla wirklich die Wohnung geprüft hätten, hätten Sie die Wohnung in diesem Zustand nicht anbieten dürfen.
Wir werden bei belvilla sicher nichts mehr buchen!
