Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, you will also receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% (minimum €50). For cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before arrival, the fee is 80% of the total price. For cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 100%.

The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. You pay this on site upon arrival. The fee for using the communal washing machine is EUR 2.50 per wash. All other costs, such as bed linen and towels, are included in the overnight price.

Getting there

You will usually arrive by car or on foot from the direction of Krippen town center. The house is accessed from Friedrich-Gottlob-Keller Straße. There is no access from Kleinhennersdorfer Straße. Therefore, you must turn right into the driveway before the turnoff towards Kleinhennersdorf and before the small bridge. The entrance to the vacation apartment is located at the rear of the house, the second of the two entrance doors (the white door). Unfortunately, there is no parking space on the property for this apartment. However, you can park near the driveway by the railing by the stream. Please park only directly adjacent to the road – in the direction of travel. The key safe is located next to the entrance door to the vacation apartment.
