Das Erdgeschoss ist in gutem Zustand und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Obergeschoss ist etwas spartanischer gestaltet. Die Treppe zwischen den Etagen ist stark abgenutzt. Die Hausfassade befindet sich insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand.

Ein nettes Häuschen. Allerdings ist nur die Hälfte bewohnbar. Der Rest wird anscheinend renoviert. Die Holzarbeiten und Fenster wirken etwas abgenutzt, aber das stört uns beim Wohnen nicht. Das Waschbecken draußen war kaputt, aber wir brauchten es nicht. Alles in allem ein schönes Häuschen.
