The exteriors are fantastic. There is a beautiful garden with a lemon tree, from which you can catch fresh lemons in season, a 100 m2 wooden deck around the pool, which at the same time is surrounded by 100 m2 of lawn. The private saltwater pool of 10 x 4 m (with 1.1 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.85 m at the deep end), located in the middle of nature, is superb. In the pool area there are four loungers for sunbathing.
Just off the living-dining room you will find a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy great evenings with family and friends. It also has a barbecue.
The house of 140 m2 is distributed over two levels. It has three bedrooms on the first floor, overlooking the countryside or the mountains. Two of them are twin-bedded, and one is double-bedded and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with a bath on the first floor, and a toilet on the ground floor. A cot is available if needed.
The living room, very bright, has a sofa and two armchairs perfect for reading a good book, watching satellite TV, or just relaxing. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. The separate kitchen includes a glass-ceramic hob and is equipped with all utensils you need to cook comfortably while on holiday. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is A/C in all bedrooms, in the sitting-dining room, in the kitchen and in 1 bathroom.
No pets allowed in the property.
No parking at the house, but there is the possibility to park in the street or in a public car park just 150 m from the house.

The centre of Alaró is close to the house. Alaró is a small charming village in the middle of the Serra de Tramuntana, where you can enjoy the genuine Mallorca. Several hiking trails leave from the village towards the Serra de Tramuntana. The Castell de Alaró is a wonderful old fortress that you can see from the house and worth the trip to admire the view of the island. Every Friday a market is held in the main square, where you can buy fruits and vegetables from local farmers. In Alaró you will find all facilities possible: banks, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. Orient is a small beautiful village in the mountains a few kilometres away from Alaró. The beaches are a few kilometres from the village, easy to reach in half an hour.
