Haus und grundstück ist ausreichend. Im Sommer wäre ein Sichtschutz sicherlich angenehmer um auf der Terrasse zu verweilen. Die lösung mit den Grillrosten finde ich überteuert und nicht angemessen. Da wäre ich für einen Pfand der bei Verunreinigung einbehalten werden kann. Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet! Das Haus läd zur gemütlichkeit ein. Ungünstig fanden wir den ein oder anderen Hundehaufen. Darauf könnte man mehr wert legen.
