Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of the holiday property, the following cancellation costs and fees apply: Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation fee of €50.00 Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price 44 to 33 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price 32 to 22 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price 21 to 12 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price 11 days before the start of the rental period up to the start date: 90% of the rental price From the start of the rental period or in case of no show: 100% of the rental price In addition, a cancellation processing fee of €50.00 will be charged for every cancellation. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of late arrival or early departure, no refund of any part of the rental price will be made.

Getting there

Getting to Zingst is easy by car via the A19 or A20 motorway and then continuing on the B105. Once in Zingst, follow the signs towards the town centre. Captain Pahlen is located on Barther Straße in 18374 Zingst. A paid parking area is available near the property. Arrival by train and bus is also convenient. The nearest railway station is in Barth, from where Zingst can easily be reached by bus.
