Cancellation policy
The customer has the option to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
• for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obligated to pay the total price.
No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure.
The customer has the right to nominate a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.

Getting there
L’arrivo a Lipari avviene comodamente con il traghetto da Milazzo o Messina. Dal porto di Lipari, la casa vacanze si raggiunge in 10–15 minuti in auto, scooter o taxi. È consigliato noleggiare un veicolo per esplorare l’isola. Gli ultimi metri si percorrono a piedi lungo un sentiero accessibile nella natura mediterranea, lontano dal traffico, con spettacolari vista mare.
