Die Umgebung war von einigen Baustellen umgeben, die recht laut waren, Auch die Heizanlage hinter der Tür machte Geräusche, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad, was ich als zu warm empfand, Ich stellte die Temperatur sofort auf 19 Grad ein, doch es blieb trotzdem angenehm warm, Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Einrichtung hat Stil,
