Praia do Carvoeiro, a picturesque village in the Algarve, is a charming, high-rise-free holiday destination. Known for its dramatic sandstone cliffs and beautiful beaches, the village offers the perfect blend of breathtaking natural scenery and vibrant local culture.
There are several large supermarkets just a few minutes’ drive away, or a few smaller ones within walking distance in the village.
The nearest large town is Portimão, about 15 minutes away, whilst Faro is 45 minutes away.
Carvoeiro is a good base from which to explore the Algarve, whether it be the picturesque eastern Algarve or the rugged west coast.
