Cancellation policy
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The following compensation is to be paid for this:
• After conclusion of the contract, 25% of the total rental price – but at least € 30
• From 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total rental price – at least an expense allowance of € 30.-.
•If you do not arrive, the full rental price is due.

Holiday destination
The coastal region “Costa del Azahar” (coast of the orange blossom) features many original Spanish influences. The 1000-year-old olive trees could tell many stories. Monasteries, castles, and old villages invite you to explore. Hiking fans and swimming enthusiasts also get their money’s worth all year round.
The holiday home “Geminis I” is located on the outskirts of Peniscola in the urbanisation “Monte Pichells” in a small demarcated community “Las Palmeras” with a well-tended palm garden and a spacious barbecue area. From here, you can immediately start off on excursions into the Serra d’Irta and explore sheltered bathing bays along the sea.
Getting there
Take the AP 7 to the Peniscola exit
Follow CV 141 to the Peniscola petrol station
At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit (the pharmacy is on the right), and then immediately turn half right towards Serra d’Irta
Follow the one-way street, and turn slightly right at the end of the street
Then follow the coastal road until you reach the sign “Urb. Monte Pichells "
Turn sharp right, and then take a sharp left up the mountain.
Then turn right three times and you will have reached your destination
