Cancellation policy
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (version of 15 November 2006) apply. Sections 5.5 and 5.6 set out the cancellation terms:
Section 5.5: Up to and including 3 months before the guest’s agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract may be terminated by unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee.
§ 5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to one month before the date of arrival: 40 per cent of the total package price;
- up to one week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price;
- in the final week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.

Holiday destination
Böckstein is a quiet district of Bad Gastein in the Gastein Valley and an ideal base for nature, relaxation and active holidays. The Gastein Healing Gallery, Sportgastein, hiking trails, ski areas, thermal spas and excursion destinations in the Hohe Tauern National Park are within easy reach. Several restaurants and a supermarket are within a 20-minute walk, and the bus stop is only about three minutes away.
Getting there
Coming from Salzburg, take the A10 to Bischofshofen and continue towards Zell am See. At Lend, turn off into the Gastein Valley and follow the road to Böckstein. Coming from Villach, drive via Spittal/Millstätter See to Mallnitz and use the Tauernschleuse (car transport by train) to reach Böckstein

Coming from Salzburg, turn right about 100 m after the “Böckstein” town sign. Coming from Villach, turn left about 50 m after the bus stop. Take this road, turn left at the next opportunity, follow the road to the end and turn left again. The apartment is about 20 m ahead on the left.
