Ich hatte eine furchtbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Ich hatte das Zimmer für zwei Nächte über Trip.com gebucht. Es ist ein Hotel mit Selbst-Check-in, was für mich völlig in Ordnung ist. Doch dann funktionierte die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer nicht, und das mitten im Sommer! Ich habe alles versucht, um das Hotel zu kontaktieren und Hilfe zu bekommen. Aber sie sagten immer wieder, sie könnten meine Buchung nicht finden, weil ich meine Buchungsnummer nicht angeben konnte. Ich war bereits im Zimmer und habe ihnen meine Zimmernummer genannt, aber sie meinten trotzdem, sie könnten mir nicht helfen, weil ich keinen Buchungscode hätte. Ich hatte über Trip.com gebucht und keinen Buchungscode erhalten. Letztendlich war niemand bereit, in mein Zimmer zu kommen und mir zu helfen. Wenn Sie in diesem Hotel übernachten, erwarten Sie nicht, dass Ihnen jemand persönlich hilft.

Ich kann dieses Studio-Apartment für einen Wochenendtrip wärmstens empfehlen. Es liegt in der Nähe der Croisette und des Alten Hafens, sodass man Cannes bequem erkunden kann. Die einladende Atmosphäre trägt maßgeblich zur Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Tag bei.
