In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less then €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. the conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel wurde kürzlich renoviert und das Bett war äußerst bequem – ich habe jede Nacht sehr gut geschlafen. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich angenehm überrascht mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderschönem Meerblick, was meinen Aufenthalt noch besonderer machte. Saubere, stilvolle Zimmer und exzellenter Service vom Personal. Ich würde definitiv zurückkehren!

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sauber. (Leider sind die Menschen in den Geschäften im Allgemeinen unfreundlich, es scheint, als hätten sie genug von den Touristen.) Aber im Hotel waren sie wirklich freundlich und lächelnd. Wir hatten Halbpension, es gab nur ein Buffet, das Essen war gut, das Einzige, was uns fehlte, waren die glutenfreien Produkte am Morgen, aber wir haben im Geschäft (es ist etwa 50 m vom Hotel entfernt) eingekauft. Für diesen Preis war es wirklich 5 Sterne. Natürlich gibt es viele höherklassige Hotels usw., aber man würde definitiv viel, viel, viel mehr bezahlen.
