Cancellation policy

In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less then €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. the conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub in der Villa Bella Vista von Jasmin und Thomas! Die beiden sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Villa selbst ist mit großem Augenmerk auf Details eingerichtet; man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut darin steckt. Sie haben wirklich an alles gedacht – von der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche bis zu den kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, die Ihren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für wahre Ruhe und Entspannung.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Bella Vista – besser könnte es nicht sein!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Bella Vista in Kroatien war einfach fantastisch. Die Unterkunft lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: hochwertige Zimmer mit privaten oder angrenzenden Badezimmern sorgen für höchsten Komfort. Alles ist modern, gut gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Ein besonderes Highlight war der große, schöne Pool, der bei Bedarf sogar beheizt werden kann – perfekt für jedes Wetter und jedes Alter. Die Nähe zum Strand macht diese Villa ebenfalls besonders attraktiv – man ist in nur wenigen Minuten am Meer.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt den gastfreundlichen Vermietern Jasmin und Thomas. Sie waren immer für uns da, unglaublich freundlich und sehr kinderlieb – wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen, als wären wir bei Freunden. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft machten unseren Urlaub unvergesslich.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt: eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria, eine gemütliche Taverne für einen Abenddrink und einen Supermarkt mit integriertem Metzger, der keine Wünsche offenlässt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Villa Bella Vista von Herzen empfehlen – 5 Sterne plus!
