Cancellation policy
Payment: A deposit of 30% of the rental price is due upon booking, payable via bank transfer (including real-time transfer) or PayPal. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the total amount is due immediately.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations made 13–1 days before arrival, the deposit is retained. On the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the rental price is charged.
Tourist tax: €2 per person per day (for a maximum of 7 days); children up to 13 years of age are exempt. Payable on-site.
Parking: Reserved private parking included (approx. 2 minutes by car; access via card). Parking is available until September 20th. During the winter season, there is free parking near the apartment.

A nearby Metromare stop provides quick connections to the centers of Rimini and Riccione. The Rimini Terme thermal baths, the family-friendly Fiabilandia park, and Rimini Airport are all within easy reach. The historic center, home to the Tiberius Bridge and the Arch of Augustus, is easily accessible by public transport—making it ideal for a trip combining seaside relaxation and culture.
Getting there
BY CAR:
Reserved parking at Via Mantova 32, Rivazzurra (approx. 500 m away; access via entry card).
Note: The parking area is available until September 20th; during the winter season, free or paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Our tip: Drive to the accommodation first (Via Pomezia 2, Miramare) to unload your luggage, then take the car to the parking area.
BY TRAIN / BUS:
Rimini Miramare train station: just a short walk away. From Rimini central station: take the "Metromare" line to the "Miramare Station" stop, or bus line 11 to stop 30, located directly in front of the accommodation.

Host informationHi everyone! We are a family of four: myself (a full-time mom), my husband, and our two wonderful children. We decided to embark on this adventure together to share the love we have for our apartment and our local area.
I was born in Miramare to a true-blue Romagna father and a Swedish mother; I inherited a passion for conviviality, good company, and warm hospitality from my dad, while my mom passed on her attention to detail and care for living spaces. In our daily lives, we run the restaurant *Lo Zodiaco*, so hospitality and great food are simply in our DNA!
Our motto is: "Every guest deserves to feel at home, even when away from home."
