Cancellation policy
If we are able to re-let the apartment following a timely cancellation, you will not incur any cancellation fees. Should this not be possible, the following cancellation terms apply:
40% of the total price is charged for cancellations up to one month before arrival, 70% up to one week before arrival, and 90% during the final week before arrival.
If cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, the full amount is charged.
Furthermore, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (issued by the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments on November 15, 2006) are deemed agreed upon for all bookings and reservations.
