Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without paying a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside of this period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price.

Toller kleiner Ferienort, in super Lage. Die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Kontakt und Service sehr nett!
