Wir hatten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts weder WLAN noch einen Föhn.
Der Kundenservice war katastrophal. Ich habe stundenlang versucht, jemanden zu erreichen, um meine Probleme zu lösen, nur um täglich aufgefordert zu werden, mein Problem erneut zu schildern. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle zwei verschiedene Telefonnummern anrufen – bei einer ging niemand ran, und die andere hatte nur eine Ansage auf Französisch, die ich nicht verstehe. Zusätzlich zu Telefonaten, SMS und E-Mails habe ich auch Nachrichten über WhatsApp geschickt, auf die ich nie eine Antwort erhalten habe.

Ein traumhafter Ort, an dem viel Wert auf Details gelegt wurde. Von der Sauberkeit über die zusätzliche Bettwäsche, das modernisierte Badezimmer und die voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche bis hin zu den Toilettenartikeln und Frühstückszutaten – wir waren begeistert. Das Apartment hat bodentiefe Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen und so ein echtes Pariser Flair bieten. Die Lage ist erstklassig. Wir werden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen.
