A deposit of 25% is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

The customer may cancel the booking by submitting a written declaration to the landlord up to the agreed rental start date. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive.
The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
25% of the rental price for cancellations up to 42 days prior to the rental start date.
60% of the rental price for cancellations from 41 to 28 days prior to the rental start date.
90% of the rental price is due for cancellations from 27 days prior to the rental start date or in case of no-show.
The customer is free to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or significantly less damage. This is generally assumed to be the case if the rental property could be rented to someone else for the same period and under the same conditions.
In the event of an official travel ban (e.g., due to COVID-19), you will receive a refund of the amount already paid or can postpone the booking free of charge to a later date!
