Cancellation policy
1. Conclusion of the accommodation contract
With the booking order, which can be placed in writing, orally, by fax or e-mail, the accommodation contract between the guest and the Neukirchner holiday apartment is concluded. The Neukirchner holiday apartment confirms the booking.
2. Reservations
If a non-binding reservation has been agreed, the guest must notify Ferienwohnung Neukirchner in writing by the agreed time if the reservation is to be treated as a binding booking. If this does not happen, the reservation will be cancelled without further notification.
3. Withdrawal
3.1 In the event of withdrawal, the claim of Ferienwohnung Neukirchner to payment of the agreed travel price remains.
3.2 Depending on the date of receipt of a declaration of withdrawal, the following rates will be charged (in each case as a percentage of the travel price):
up to 11 days before departure 50 %
up to 7 days before departure 80 %
then 100%.
The corresponding amount will be invoiced.
3.3 The cancellation of the booking should be made in writing in the interest of the guest.
4. Prices/Services
4.1 The rental prices quoted are final prices plus the booked ancillary services, unless otherwise stated. They are per person and night, in the case of holiday apartments per residential unit.
4.2 The services owed by Ferienwohnung Neukirchner result exclusively from the content of the booking confirmation.
