La Villana is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, on the Atlantic coast of Vendée. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, while the Pays-de-Monts state forest starts right at the property. Enjoy long walks, cycling trails, swimming, water sports and beautiful coastal landscapes. Shops, restaurants and local markets are also easily accessible, making it easy to enjoy both nature and the seaside without having to drive everywhere.
Getting there
You will arrive at a residential complex with white walls and a grey gate marked “Le 55”. The gate code is 2964.
Enter the complex and take the path on the left. The house is number 11, the single-storey house with a flat roof.
Please park your vehicle in front of the garage door for the entire duration of your stay.
The key to the front door is in a key box located in the flower bed, to the left of the front door, attached to the wooden fence. Code: 5511.
